The Seven Habits Profile Of My Life - 2021 Words
After doing the seven habits profile, I see that I am scatter all over the place. For instants my emotions, and life are, very good and outstanding. I look at that as saying that I have a great perception on how my life plays out, but may run into some problems down the road, because my emotions can get in the way. The reason my emotions will play a big factor into my is, I donââ¬â¢t put myself in other people shoes, always wanting others to understand me but not wanting to understand were they might be coming from. On the other hand I do have empathy for other just not understanding, that can come off as very selfish. With that in mind a lot of my relationships could suffer because of this. After the seven habits scoring I see that everyoneâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦The second strength exercised would be taking owner ships of your mistakes when your leader comes to you and lets you know that you have done your job incorrectly is a great ability to have simply because that m eans you have allowed room for error within your work and the only way to get better is to improve on your weak areas. For example with a new employee there are grace periods for learning, when the employee is on their own and contributing to the team and they have made an error, I would simply just ask them to come to my desk and look at the case with me, and ask them why did they do the ticket that way and allow them to explain to me. Then I would let them know they did a great job, and tell them the correct process and follow up with we are all learning and it will take some time. According to Blanchard leadership are different types of behaviors some leaders use and others may observer them and want to have the same traits when it comes to the leadership style they want to carry on when they step into the role of leadership with others. Following direction will lead you back to the induvial and showing the skills they have to be able to direct coach or support others (Blanchard 2008).
